### Role Overview

As a UX Researcher at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations through various research methodologies. Your insights will directly influence product design and strategy, ensuring that our solutions are user-centric and effective.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Research Planning & Execution:** Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
-   **Data Analysis:** Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
-   **Collaboration:** Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
-   **Reporting:** Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations.
-   **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance research practices.

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research.
-   **Technical Skills:**

-   Proficiency in various research methods and tools.
-   Experience with remote research tools and platforms.

-   **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
-   **Soft Skills:**

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Excellent communication skills in English.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

### Preferred Qualifications
