### **Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Developer** with strong skills in **multi-cloud Salesforce development.** Ideally across **Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud**. The ideal candidate is passionate about building robust, scalable, and innovative Salesforce solutions that drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.

While **hands-on experience in all four clouds** is highly desirable, we also welcome candidates with strong expertise in **2–3 clouds** and working knowledge of the rest, as long as they are committed to quickly ramping up in new areas.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop, and maintain **custom Salesforce solutions** across multiple clouds.
-   Integrate **Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud** for seamless customer experiences.
-   Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to **translate requirements into scalable solutions**.
-   Create **custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows**.
-   Manage **API integrations** with external systems and Salesforce platforms.
-   Optimize data models and leverage **Data Cloud** for unified customer data strategies.
-   Support **marketing automation workflows** using Marketing Cloud.
-   Conduct **unit tests, peer code reviews**, and follow Salesforce best practices.
-   Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.

## Requirements

-   **3+ years** of Salesforce development experience.
-   Strong proficiency in **Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL**, and Salesforce configuration.
-   Proven experience with **at least two** of the following:

-   **Data Cloud** (Customer 360)
-   **Service Cloud** (case management, service automation)
-   **Sales Cloud** (lead & opportunity management)
-   **Marketing Cloud** (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)

-   Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
-   Advanced English — able to participate in client calls and write technical documentation in English.
-   Experience working in **agile environments**.
-   Salesforce Developer Certification(s) strongly preferred; **Multi-Cloud certifications** are a plus.
