**On-site | Querétaro (Arboledas)**

Scalepex is hiring **full-time, long-term Bilingual Call Center Agents** to join our team in Querétaro. This is a **direct employment opportunity with Scalepex**, offering stability, professional growth, and structured training.

We support U.S.-based clients across several business areas, including:

-   Legal services (law firms & client support)
-   Gas & Electricity services
-   Medical diagnostic clinics (appointment scheduling)
-   Sales Campaigns

Based on your experience, communication style, and strengths, you will be assigned to the business area where you can perform best and grow faster.

What you’ll do

-   Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional call center environment
-   Provide customer service, scheduling, or sales support depending on your assigned area
-   Follow established scripts and quality standards
-   Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
-   Meet performance and productivity goals

## Requirements

What we’re looking for

-   Advanced English
-   Full-time availability, **100% on-site (Arboledas, Querétaro)**
-   Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
-   Comfortable working with call volume and performance metrics
