**Workplace:** remote

**Department:** Marketing

## Description

**About Scaling.com**

Scaling.com helps business owners 10x their companies in three years or less. We work with entrepreneurs doing $1M+ in revenue who are ready to stop being the bottleneck and start building something that scales. We're building a growing library of documentary-style case studies, interviews with entrepreneurs who've done it, and long-form educational content that most brands would kill for. We need someone to turn all of that into the short-form engine that grows our audience and drives real revenue on social media and paid ads.

**About This Role**

We're not looking for someone who can cut clips and slap subtitles on them. We're looking for the person who watches 20 minutes of raw footage and sees the three-second hooks and 30-second segments that's going to stop 50,000 people mid-scroll.

Beyond short-form social and paid ads, we're running internal program content, external marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, and creative collaborations.

## Requirements

**What Your Days Actually Look Like**

Creating 10–30 short-form pieces per week across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad creative for Meta and YouTube.

You pull from long-form case studies and interviews and find the moments that hit, you write the hooks, edit the video, design the creative. And when a clip needs more than a talking head to land, you know what to add. A member drops a line about reading 10 books in a quarter? Open Higgsfield and generate a clean match cut of those covers in minutes. The story calls for a data visualization or a framework graphic? Build it. A transition needs texture? Create a photo treatment or a motion asset that earns its place in the frame. Tastefully. Something with intent.

You know why one version converts and another doesn't — and you're already testing the next variation before anyone asks. When a piece goes organic, you know how to flip it into a paid ad that drives enrollment into our $2,000/month coaching program. You've grown channels and you know the difference between content that gets likes and content that converts.

**You Should Be**

Obsessed with short-form content. You study hooks. You save reels. You can tell me why a specific TikTok went viral and what made the first frame work. You have a swipe file bigger than most people's camera rolls.

Proven at real scale. We're not talking cumulative views across a portfolio. We want to see single videos that hit 500K–1M+ views. More than once. On your own channel or a client's. That's not a benchmark you have to hit every time — but we want to know you've cracked it, and repeated it.

Already using AI to create content. Not planning to. Doing it. Today. You use AI for copy, for repurposing, for creative variations, for whatever makes you faster and better.

Experienced at growing channels. You've done it. Show us the receipts. A channel you grew. A campaign that converted. Numbers, not stories about numbers.

Experienced at selling with content. Organic growth is half the job. The other half is creating paid ad creative that converts cold traffic into booked calls for a high-ticket offer. If you've never sold anything more expensive than a $47 course with your content, this probably isn't the right fit.

Data-literate. You look at metrics. You know what matters. You adapt based on what's working, not what you feel like making.

Self-directed to your core. We don't want to manage your output. We want to point you at the content library, tell you the goal, and get out of your way. You come back with something that makes us say "I would never have thought of that, and it moved the needle." You think about who our audience is, what they're trying to become, and what they need to see, feel, and believe before they take the next step. That's the bar.

**This Role is NOT**

\- A video editor who needs a brief for every cut

\- A social media manager who schedules posts and writes "link in bio"

\- Someone who makes "content" but has never driven a sale

\- A generalist who can "also do short-form"

\- Someone who thinks 2 posts a week is output

**This Role IS**

\- The person who sees raw interview footage and immediately knows the 8-second hook that's going to travel

\- A growth mind who thinks in funnels, not just feeds

\- Someone who's grown at least one channel from small to meaningful using short-form content

\- An AI-native operator who uses every tool available to produce more, faster, better

\- The person who can tell you exactly why one piece converts at 3x the ROAS of another, and what to test next

**The Details**

**Compensation:** $80,000 - $100,000 base salary

**Location:** Remote, US-based

**Employment Type:** Full-time, W-2

**Reports To:** Raleigh Norton, Executive Producer

**Platforms:** Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads

**Primary Tools:** Premiere Pro, Higgsfield, MotionVid AI, Claude, Shade Drive, and whatever AI tools you convince us we need

**Volume:** 10-30 pieces per week. Quality and conversion matter more than raw count, but if you're doing this full-time with AI, you should be producing at scale.

**Start Date:** Immediately

**How to Apply**

Send us your resume and a piece (or better, a series/channel) of content you made that actually drove results. Not views. Results. Tell us the hook, the strategy, and what happened after you posted it. Bonus points if you can look at our Instagram right now and tell us the three things you'd change today.

If you've grown a channel, show us the growth curve. If you've run ads that converted, show us the numbers. If you've sold high-ticket with short-form content, that's the conversation we want to have.

Game recognizes game. If this role is for you, you already know it.
