**CNC Machine Operator**

**Starting Pay:** $18.50/hour  
**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Schedule:** Monday -Friday 6pm-6am

We are looking for a dependable **CNC Machine Operator** to join our team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will operate manual CNC machinery, inspect finished parts, and assist with finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Operate CNC and shop machinery safely and efficiently
-   Finish and deburr parts
-   Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
-   Measure and mark parts as needed
-   Complete production and inspection paperwork
-   Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Follow all safety, quality, and training requirements
-   Work as part of a team to meet production goals

**What We’re Looking For:**

-   Reliable attendance and punctuality
-   Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-   Basic shop math skills
-   Good attention to detail
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

## Requirements

**Physical Requirements:**

-   Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-   Frequent use of hands and fingers
-   Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
-   Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with higher noise levels and varying temperatures
