## Description

**CNC Maintenance Technician**

**Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience**

We are looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC maintenance experience who can troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on CNC machinery.

We are also open to 2nd or 3rd year technicians who have a strong foundation and are capable of handling smaller repairs.

Schedule

-   Monday through Friday
-   6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
-   Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
-   Potential for 12-hour days, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
-   Occasional weekend work

Key Responsibilities

-   Replace and repair ball screws
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with CNC machinery
-   Perform spindle repairs
-   Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on sensors, drives, and relays
-   Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC controls
-   Troubleshoot pump systems
-   Perform B-axis rebuilds
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
-   Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   CNC machine maintenance experience preferred
-   Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
-   Electrical troubleshooting experience
-   Experience with CNC drives, sensors, relays, and pump systems
-   Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC controls
-   Experience with ball screws, spindles, and CNC axis repairs
-   Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical schematics
-   Strong problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**We will consider technicians with 2-3 years of experience who have the technical ability and hands-on skills to perform smaller CNC repairs.**
