## Description

Seaborne Shipbrokers S.A. is a leading provider of client-focused Shipbroking services based in Athens, Greece, offering expertise in Sale & Purchase, Newbuildings Contracting, Chartering, Financial Advisory, Research, and Valuations to Shipowners, Private and Public Equity investors, and Credit Institutions.

We are seeking an experienced broker to join our Sale & Purchase desk in Athens. The ideal candidate would be highly driven, motivated, focused, a strong relationship builder and with a successful track record in S&P.

### Responsibilities

-   **Establish and sustain solid relationships** with shipowners and brokers worldwide, as well as colleagues in other company offices
-   **Align with the division’s strategy** by proactively identifying new business opportunities related to emerging trends, future markets and potential clients
-   **Conduct thorough market analyses,** monitor industry developments, and provide clients with timely market insights and trade recommendations
-   **Build a robust professional network,** recognizing and securing new business opportunities
-   **Drive revenue growth** and expand the customer base
-   **Collaborate with colleagues** to foster strong teamwork and demonstrate a keen focus on collective success
-   **Ensure client satisfaction** through responsive service and ongoing support
-   **Undertake additional or ad hoc tasks** as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the business

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an S&P Broker
-   Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
