This role is based in our premium showrooms (with regional hubs in Jeddah, Dubai, and across the MENA region). As a Sleep Consultant, you will guide customers through premium bedding technologies to find their perfect sleep solution.  

**Job Summary**

The Retail Sales Representative maximizes showroom revenue by delivering an elite, consultative customer experience. You will use your deep understanding of sleep health and Sealy product innovations—such as Posturepedic and Crown Jewels collections—to exceed individual sales targets.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Consultative Selling:** Greet showroom visitors, analyze their sleeping habits, and recommend customized mattress systems.

-   **Product Demonstrations:** Educate clients on mattress anatomy, support technologies, and the benefits of our 100-night trial guarantee.

-   **Target Achievement:** Actively drive sales floor traffic to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

-   **Showroom Merchandising:** Maintain the high-end visual appeal of product displays, beds, and accessory arrangements.

-   **Order Processing:** Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage transactions, coordinate white-glove home deliveries, and process financing options.

## Requirements
