## Description

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based Sealy licensee and family-owned mattress manufacturer serving Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. Known for its premium bedding products and production facility in Jeddah, the company brings a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship to the consumer goods market.

This role is an opportunity to lead retail sales performance for a well-established premium bedding brand. As Retail Sales Manager, you will play a central part in driving commercial results, strengthening the customer experience, and supporting showroom teams through clear direction, coaching, and performance focus.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead showroom sales teams to exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
-   Develop retail sales strategies and promotions to increase store traffic.
-   Coach staff on product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer service.
-   Monitor showroom performance, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
-   Analyze sales trends and competitor activity to improve profitability.

## Requirements

-   10 years of experience in bedding and mattress retail.
-   Experience overseeing multiple retail locations and managing showroom sales staff, including reviewing store performance with senior management.
-   Proven experience running in-store promotions for premium bedding products.
-   Business Administration degree or Master's degree.
-   Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, or retail sales reporting dashboards.
-   Background in consultative selling, KPI-driven store management, and structured staff coaching.
-   Fluent in Arabic and English.
-   Saudi or Lebanese nationality.
-   Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
