**Job Summary**

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking a high-performing **Senior Outdoor Sales Representative** to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the UAE. Operating field-based out of **Dubai**, you will actively prospect, pitch, and secure sales for our world-class, premium bedding systems. You will bridge retail partnerships and corporate accounts, ensuring the Sealy brand remains the top choice for luxury comfort and sleep innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Field Sales Execution:** Conduct daily outdoor sales visits across assigned territories in Dubai to generate new leads and convert prospects into active accounts.
-   **Account Acquisition:** Target and acquire new business from furniture showrooms, multi-brand retail outlets, interior designers, and corporate corporate clients.
-   **Relationship Management:** Maintain and nurture long-term commercial relationships with existing dealers and retail staff to ensure high-visibility shelf placement.
-   **Product Demos & Training:** Deliver technical on-site presentations detailing Sealy’s Posturepedic technology, orthopedic support, and premium materials to clients.
-   **Sales Targets:** Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume, revenue, and client acquisition quotas.
-   **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches within the UAE market to identify new growth vectors.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Requirements**

-   **Education:** **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
-   **Experience:** Exactly **8 years of verifiable outdoor sales experience**, with a strong preference for individuals coming from premium bedding, mattresses, furniture, or home decor sectors.
-   **Residency:** Must be currently **based and residing in Dubai, UAE,** with deep familiarity with the local market's logistics and commercial hubs.
-   **Languages:** Native-level fluency in **Arabic** and excellent professional business proficiency in English are mandatory.
-   **Mobility:** Must hold a valid **UAE Driving License** and own/have access to a vehicle for extensive daily field travel.
-   **Key Skills:** Strong negotiation, consultative selling approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using CRM software to manage the sales pipeline.
