**Position Purpose**

We are seeking a highly structured and compliant **HR Supervisor** to oversee our daily human resources operations in **Jeddah**. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will serve as the primary operational link between factory management, administrative staff, and employees. Your core focus will be to ensure absolute compliance with **Saudi Labor Law**, manage end-to-end personnel workflows, maintain accurate data in **Odoo ERP**, and drive local talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Employee Relations & Compliance:** Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy inquiries. Ensure all internal factory and corporate regulations align strictly with updated **Saudi Labor Law**.
-   **Government Relations & Saudization (Nitaqat):** Oversee government relations processes, ensuring timely updates to Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad platforms. Monitor and maintain the company's **Saudization categories** to guarantee optimal compliance scores.
-   **ERP & HR Data Management:** Manage the human resources modules within **Odoo ERP**. Supervise the precise updating of digital employee files, contract creation, trial period evaluations, vacation balances, and leaves of absence.
-   **Personnel & Payroll Support:** Coordinate with the accounting department to prepare accurate inputs for monthly payroll processing (via Odoo/Mudad). Track daily employee attendance, shift changes, overtime calculations for factory staff, and penalties.
-   **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:** Oversee local hiring pipelines, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews for technical, factory, and administrative positions. Manage the onboarding and structural training schedule for new hires.
-   **Iqama & Mobilization Oversight:** Supervise the processing, renewal, and transfer tracking of Iqamas, visas, and health insurance for expatriate factory staff.

## Requirements

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**

-   **Education:** **Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management**, or a closely related field.
-   **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years of direct experience in Human Resources Supervision**, ideally within a manufacturing plant or high-volume corporate environment.
-   **Technical & Software Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **Odoo ERP software (HR modules)** and expert navigating skills across Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
-   **Language Skills:** Fluent professional communication in written and spoken **Arabic and English** is strictly required to handle legal documentation and lead a multicultural environment.
