### Job Description

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced **Intensive Care Specialists and Consultants** to join its critical care team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity clinical environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
-   Provide comprehensive management of complex and life-threatening conditions.
-   Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and organ support.
-   Perform critical care procedures according to training and experience.
-   Respond to medical emergencies and participate in resuscitation activities.
-   Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and teaching activities.

## Requirements

-   MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Anaesthesiology, Internal Medicine**, or a related specialty.
-   Relevant post-specialization experience according to the position level.
-   Strong ICU experience and expertise in managing critically ill patients.
-   Experience with mechanical ventilation, invasive monitoring, sepsis management, and organ support.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and emergency management skills.
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** qualifications are highly encouraged to apply
