**Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **Consultant / Specialist – Emergency Medicine** to join a reputed healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency medical care, managing acute and critical cases, and working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with emergency and urgent medical conditions.
-   Provide immediate stabilization and management of critically ill and trauma patients.
-   Perform emergency procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines.
-   Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
-   Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate follow-up and disposition.
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
-   Adhere to hospital policies, international clinical standards, and patient safety protocols.
-   Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with a recognized specialization in Emergency Medicine.
