### Position Overview

A leading healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an **American Board-Certified Specialist Psychiatrist** to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric assessment and treatment across a diverse patient population.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
-   Manage patients with a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
-   Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care physicians, and multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and departmental activities.
-   Provide patient and family counselling and education.
-   Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, professional standards, and facility policies.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
-   **American Board Certification in Psychiatry.**
-   Valid professional registration/licence in the country of practice.
-   Relevant clinical experience in Psychiatry.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Eligibility for UAE licensing in accordance with applicable PQR requirements. Final professional title is subject to regulatory authority assessment.
