## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Internal Medicine Specialist / Consultant** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

**Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board qualifications are preferred.**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in adult patients.
-   Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, infections, and other complex medical conditions.
-   Evaluate complex cases and coordinate referrals to appropriate medical specialists.
-   Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically required.
-   Provide preventive healthcare, lifestyle counseling, and patient education.
-   Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical case discussions.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and professional development activities.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice.

## Requirements

-   MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Internal Medicine**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as a **Specialist / Consultant in Internal Medicine**.
-   Strong clinical experience in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic adult medical conditions.
-   Experience managing complex medical cases and providing comprehensive patient care.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
-   Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional clinical standards.
