## Description

**SearchPlus HR** is currently seeking a highly qualified **Consultant Neurosurgeon** with an **American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification** on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the **United Arab Emirates**. Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological disorders affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system.
-   Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, including cranial, spinal, and minimally invasive surgeries.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care.
-   Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
-   Participate in clinical governance, research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education activities.

## Requirements

-   American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Neurosurgery.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience** as a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
-   Extensive expertise in complex brain and spine surgeries, including emergency neurosurgical procedures.
-   Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
-   Excellent communication skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
