## Description

We are seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant in Hand Surgery to join a prestigious premium healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the hand, wrist, and upper extremities, providing advanced surgical and non-surgical care to patients.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions.
-   Perform reconstructive and corrective hand surgeries.
-   Manage traumatic hand injuries, fractures, tendon injuries, and nerve injuries.
-   Perform microsurgical procedures and complex tissue reconstruction, where qualified.
-   Treat congenital hand deformities and degenerative conditions.
-   Manage carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, and other nerve compression disorders.
-   Provide postoperative care and rehabilitation guidance.
-   Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, and rehabilitation specialists.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure patient safety.

## Requirements

-   Recognized Specialist or Consultant qualification in Hand Surgery.
-   Relevant postgraduate qualifications and clinical experience.
-   Proven experience in hand and upper extremity surgery.
-   Expertise in surgical management of complex hand injuries and conditions.
-   Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
-   UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and German Board.
