## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Cardiac Surgeon** with a **Saudi Board qualification** to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive surgical care to patients with a range of cardiovascular and cardiothoracic conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Evaluate patients and determine appropriate surgical management.
-   Perform cardiac and cardiothoracic surgical procedures within the scope of clinical practice.
-   Manage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care.
-   Perform and assist with procedures such as coronary artery bypass surgery, valve surgery, and other appropriate cardiac interventions.
-   Monitor patients following surgery and manage post-operative complications.
-   Work closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Provide consultation and clinical guidance for complex cardiac cases.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
-   Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient-safety initiatives.
-   Support teaching and supervision of junior medical staff where required.
-   Comply with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.

## Requirements

-   **Saudi Board Certification** in Cardiac Surgery / Cardiothoracic Surgery.
-   Valid medical registration in Saudi Arabia or the current country of practice.
-   Relevant clinical experience in cardiac surgery.
-   Strong operative and post-operative management skills.
-   Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
-   Eligible for UAE medical licensing, subject to the relevant health authority's assessment.
