### Job Summary

**Government hospital in the UAE** is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join its professional nursing team. The role involves delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care across a hospital environment. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and nursing care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
-   Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in clinical condition.
-   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-   Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions.
-   Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
-   **Recognized Western nursing qualification and professional registration** preferred.
-   Valid nursing registration in the country of current practice.
-   Relevant clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
-   Experience in areas such as Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency, Pediatrics, Operating Theatre, or other specialties is an advantage.
-   Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
-   Good knowledge of infection control, medication safety, and clinical procedures.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
