## Description

We are seeking an experienced **ENT Specialist / Consultant** to join a leading **government healthcare facility in the UAE**. The role involves providing comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.

Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board** qualifications are preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in adult and pediatric patients.
-   Perform ENT procedures and surgeries as appropriate to the level of expertise.
-   Manage conditions involving the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and head and neck.
-   Perform endoscopic examinations and other diagnostic procedures.
-   Manage chronic sinusitis, hearing disorders, tonsil and adenoid conditions, and other ENT disorders.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
-   Work closely with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical quality initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and follow patient safety standards.

## Requirements

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
-   Postgraduate qualification in **ENT / Otolaryngology** or equivalent.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong experience in general ENT diagnosis and management.
-   Experience in ENT surgical procedures is preferred.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
