A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is seeking experienced and dedicated **Oncologists** to join its growing medical team.

This opportunity is open exclusively to **European-based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai**, offering the opportunity to work within a leading Government Hospital, Government Healthcare Facility, Private Healthcare Facility, or internationally recognized healthcare organization.

Candidates holding internationally recognized qualifications, including **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board**, are encouraged to apply.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with malignant and complex oncological conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, pathology, imaging, and multidisciplinary recommendations.
-   Manage patients throughout diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and survivorship.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
-   Monitor treatment response and manage complications and treatment-related adverse effects.
-   Provide appropriate counseling and support to patients and their families.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
-   Contribute to teaching, training, and professional development activities where applicable.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and ethical medical practice.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree such as **MBBS, MD, or equivalent** from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Medical Oncology, Clinical Oncology, or a relevant oncology specialty**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of cancer patients.
-   Experience working within a multidisciplinary oncology environment.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** are encouraged to apply.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based medicine.
