A leading **Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE** is seeking experienced **Plastic Surgeons** to join its specialist surgical team.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive consultation, assessment, diagnosis, and surgical management for patients requiring plastic and reconstructive procedures.
-   Perform elective and reconstructive surgical procedures in accordance with clinical standards.
-   Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
-   Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
-   Manage surgical complications and provide appropriate clinical intervention.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other surgical specialties.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
-   Participate in surgical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree such as **MBBS, MD, or equivalent** from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Plastic Surgery / Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong operative and clinical experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
-   Experience in a hospital-based surgical environment.
