We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Consultant Hair Transplant Surgeon with Western qualifications** to join a prestigious private healthcare facility in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced hair restoration techniques, hair transplantation, and surgical hair loss treatments, with a strong commitment to achieving natural-looking results and delivering exceptional patient care.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive consultations and assessments for patients experiencing hair loss and scalp-related conditions.
-   Develop individualized hair restoration and treatment plans based on patients' needs and expectations.
-   Perform advanced hair transplantation procedures, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT).
-   Evaluate patients' suitability for surgical and non-surgical hair restoration treatments.
-   Manage pre-operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post-operative follow-up care.
-   Monitor treatment outcomes and manage any complications associated with hair transplantation.
-   Provide patients with detailed information about procedures, expected results, risks, and recovery.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of all procedures.
-   Follow established clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
-   Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized Western specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or another relevant specialty, as applicable.
-   UK, USA, Canadian, Australian, or New Zealand qualifications are preferred.
-   Relevant consultant-level clinical experience in the applicable specialty.
-   Extensive hands-on experience in hair transplantation and hair restoration procedures.
-   Expertise in FUE, FUT, and other advanced hair restoration techniques.
-   Proven track record of successful hair transplantation procedures.
-   Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy, hair loss conditions, and hair restoration techniques.
-   Excellent communication, consultation, and patient-management skills.
-   Valid UAE healthcare licence or eligibility for the relevant professional title and hair transplant privileges, subject to the applicable licensing authority's requirements.
