### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist with American Board certification to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will specialise in diagnosing and managing hormonal and metabolic disorders, providing comprehensive endocrine care and developing individualized treatment plans.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders.
-   Treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity and metabolic syndrome.
-   Manage pituitary, adrenal and parathyroid gland disorders.
-   Evaluate and treat hormonal imbalances and reproductive endocrine conditions.
-   Develop personalised treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
-   Manage complex diabetes cases and related complications.
-   Interpret hormonal investigations and endocrine diagnostic tests.
-   Provide preventive care, patient education and lifestyle counselling.
-   Collaborate with other medical specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient care.

## Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   American Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (ABIM).
-   Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship.
-   Valid professional registration and relevant clinical experience.
-   Strong expertise in managing complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.
-   Excellent communication and patient management skills.
-   Eligibility for UAE healthcare licensing (DHA / DOH / MOHAP).
