## Description

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking qualified and experienced **Pain Medicine Specialists and Consultants** to join its multidisciplinary team. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive assessment and management of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pain.
-   Develop individualized, evidence-based pain management plans.
-   Perform appropriate interventional pain procedures based on training and experience.
-   Manage complex neuropathic, musculoskeletal, cancer-related, and postoperative pain.
-   Collaborate with anaesthesia, surgery, rehabilitation, neurology, and other specialties.
-   Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust management plans accordingly.
-   Provide patient education regarding pain management and treatment options.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
-   MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in **Pain Medicine, Anaesthesiology, or a relevant specialty**.
-   Relevant post-specialization experience according to the position level.
-   Strong clinical experience in acute and chronic pain management.
-   Experience in interventional pain management procedures is highly desirable.
-   Excellent clinical judgment and patient-management skills.
-   Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
