## Description

A leading **Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE** is seeking an experienced **Cardiac Electrophysiologist** to join its advanced cardiology team.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive assessment and management of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.
-   Diagnose and treat complex arrhythmias and electrophysiological conditions.
-   Perform and interpret electrophysiological studies and related cardiac investigations.
-   Perform catheter-based ablation procedures for appropriate arrhythmias.
-   Manage patients with atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular arrhythmias, and other rhythm disorders.
-   Provide expertise in cardiac device-related care, including pacemakers and implantable cardiac devices where applicable.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and diagnostic findings.
-   Provide pre- and post-procedure patient management and follow-up.
-   Collaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Participate in electrophysiology case conferences, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
-   Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development where applicable.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based cardiovascular care.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree such as **MBBS, MD, or equivalent** from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Cardiology** with advanced fellowship or specialization in **Cardiac Electrophysiology**.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong experience in the diagnosis and management of cardiac rhythm disorders.
-   Demonstrated experience in electrophysiology procedures and catheter ablation.
-   Experience with cardiac implantable electronic devices is advantageous.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** are encouraged to apply.
