**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Senior Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide advanced surgical care for complex oral, facial, and maxillofacial conditions while delivering exceptional patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and surgical management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions.
-   Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including trauma management, facial reconstruction, dentoalveolar surgery, and corrective jaw procedures.
-   Manage complex facial injuries, congenital conditions, and pathology cases requiring surgical intervention.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and diagnostic findings.
-   Collaborate with dental specialists, ENT surgeons, plastic surgeons, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Provide pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative care.
-   Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of surgical practice.
-   Participate in clinical improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of maxillofacial services.

## Requirements

-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
-   Extensive experience in complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
-   Strong expertise in trauma, reconstruction, and advanced surgical techniques.
-   Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board certification, Australian Board certification, or South African Board certification** are highly preferred.
-   Proven experience in a reputed hospital or healthcare setting.
