### **Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant / Specialist – Orthodontist** to join a leading dental facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized orthodontic care, diagnose and treat dental and facial irregularities, and deliver high-quality patient-centered treatment using advanced orthodontic techniques.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans for patients of all ages.
-   Perform orthodontic procedures including fixed and removable appliance treatments, aligner therapy, and other corrective treatments.
-   Evaluate dental and facial development and recommend appropriate interventions.
-   Manage complex orthodontic cases and monitor treatment progress.
-   Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists for comprehensive patient care.
-   Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and post-treatment care.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
-   Stay updated with advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies.
-   Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development activities.

## Requirements

-   Dental degree (BDS/DDS or equivalent) with recognized specialization in **Orthodontics**.
-   Minimum **3 years of post-specialty experience**.
-   Strong clinical expertise in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
-   Experience with modern orthodontic procedures and technologies.
-   Excellent communication and patient management skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
