## Description

A leading healthcare group in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Consultant Hematologist** to provide specialist care for patients with complex haematological disorders. The role involves diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term management of both benign and malignant blood disorders within a multidisciplinary environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage complex haematological conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and investigations.
-   Manage patients with anaemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, thrombosis, and other blood disorders.
-   Evaluate and manage haematological malignancies where applicable.
-   Interpret laboratory, pathology, flow cytometry, and relevant diagnostic results.
-   Collaborate with Oncology, Pathology, Radiology, and other specialties.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and tumour boards.
-   Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up care.
-   Support clinical audits, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
-   Mentor junior physicians and contribute to teaching and training.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with recognised postgraduate qualification in **Hematology / Haematology & Internal Medicine**.
-   Consultant-level clinical experience.
-   **American, Canadian, Australian, Irish Board, CCT/CCST or equivalent** preferred.
-   Experience in a tertiary hospital or comprehensive hematology service.
-   DHA / DoH / MOHAP licence or eligibility preferred.
-   Strong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
