### Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Consultant and Specialist Pathologists with Australian Board-recognized specialist qualifications to join leading healthcare facilities across the UAE. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in diagnostic pathology, laboratory medicine, and the interpretation of clinical specimens to support accurate diagnosis and patient management.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Examine and interpret histopathology, cytology, and other pathological specimens.
-   Perform and report diagnostic assessments of tissue samples, biopsies, and surgical specimens.
-   Provide accurate interpretation of laboratory findings to support clinical diagnosis and treatment.
-   Conduct or supervise frozen section examinations and intraoperative consultations.
-   Evaluate cytological specimens, including fine-needle aspiration samples.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide diagnostic guidance to treating physicians.
-   Ensure quality and accuracy of pathology reports and diagnostic procedures.
-   Supervise laboratory operations, diagnostic workflows, and quality assurance activities, where applicable.
-   Maintain compliance with laboratory accreditation, safety, and infection-control standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous professional development.
-   Guide and supervise laboratory staff, junior doctors, and trainees, where applicable.

## Requirements

-   MBBS / MBChB or equivalent medical qualification.
-   Australian-recognized specialist qualification in Pathology, such as Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA).
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Current or previous AHPRA registration, as applicable.
-   Strong knowledge of diagnostic pathology and laboratory medicine.
-   Eligibility for Specialist or Consultant licensing under the relevant UAE healthcare authority requirements.
