### Job Description

A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Nurse Manager** to lead nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and support effective clinical and administrative management of the nursing department.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage nursing teams across assigned departments.
-   Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient patient care delivery.
-   Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
-   Monitor quality, patient safety, infection control, and compliance.
-   Manage staff scheduling, performance, training, and development.
