## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
-   Completion of specialist training in **Anesthesiology**.
-   **UK CCT in Anesthesiology** or an equivalent internationally recognized **Board Certification** (American Board, Canadian, Australian, Irish, New Zealand, or other recognized qualifications).
-   Eligibility for or possession of the relevant UAE health authority license (DHA, DOH, or MOH, depending on the location).
-   Minimum of **5 years of post-CCT/Board Certification experience** as a Consultant Anesthesiologist.
-   Expertise in general, regional, and pediatric anesthesia, cardiac anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, or critical care is an advantage.
-   Strong clinical judgment, crisis management, and airway management skills.
