## Description

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced **Consultant Cardiac Surgeon (Western Qualified)** in the UAE. ## Requirements

-   Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
-   Western Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery/Cardiac Surgery (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification).
-   Minimum **5 years of post-board certification experience** as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon.
-   Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
-   Extensive experience performing adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve surgery, aortic procedures, and minimally invasive cardiac surgery.
-   Experience with advanced cardiac technologies and hybrid cardiac procedures is highly desirable.
-   Excellent surgical, leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
-   Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and delivering outstanding clinical outcomes.
-   Previous experience in a tertiary cardiac center or JCI-accredited healthcare facility is highly preferred.
