## Description

A leading government hospital in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Implantologist with recognized specialist qualifications and advanced expertise in dental implantology. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive implant treatment, manage complex restorative and surgical cases, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care. Candidates with UK CCT or recognized Board Certification and extensive clinical experience are preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring dental implants.
-   Perform advanced dental implant placement and related surgical procedures.
-   Manage complex implant cases, including bone augmentation, guided bone regeneration, and sinus lift procedures, where appropriately trained.
-   Collaborate with prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
-   Evaluate bone quality, anatomical structures, and oral health before implant surgery.
-   Oversee implant-supported restorations in collaboration with the restorative dental team.
-   Manage implant-related complications and provide postoperative care and long-term follow-up.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with hospital protocols, infection-control standards, and patient safety requirements.
-   Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, teaching, and continuing professional development.

## Requirements

-   Recognized dental degree (BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent).
-   Recognized postgraduate specialist qualification relevant to Implant Dentistry, according to the applicable UAE licensing category.
-   UK CCT or recognized Board Certification preferred, subject to acceptance by the relevant licensing authority.
-   Substantial post-specialization clinical experience in dental implantology, preferably in a senior or consultant-level role.
-   Proven expertise in complex implant placement, bone augmentation, and implant-supported rehabilitation.
-   Strong diagnostic, surgical, and treatment-planning skills.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
