## Description

Top private hospital looking for an experienced **Nurse Manager** to oversee nursing operations and lead the nursing team within a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, staff performance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing)**; Master’s preferred.
-   Valid nursing license/eligibility for **DHA, DOH or MOHAP**.
-   Minimum **5–7 years of clinical nursing experience**.
-   At least **2–3 years of nursing management/supervisory experience**.
-   Experience managing nursing teams, staffing, rosters and departmental operations.
-   Strong knowledge of **quality assurance, infection control and patient safety**.
-   Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience in a hospital/large healthcare facility preferred.
