## Description

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly motivated Junior Consultant specializing in Visceral Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility. As a Junior Consultant, you will work under the supervision of senior surgeons, assisting in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with diseases and disorders of the visceral organs. You will participate in surgical procedures, patient care, and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Assist in performing visceral surgeries and related procedures under supervision.
-   Evaluate and manage patients with gastrointestinal, hepatic, pancreatic, and other visceral conditions.
-   Participate in preoperative and postoperative patient care and follow-up.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient management.
-   Contribute to clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
-   Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with specialization or training in general surgery or visceral surgery.
-   Completion of internship and relevant residency or training program.
-   Up to 2 years of experience in surgical practice, preferably in visceral or general surgery.
-   Strong foundational knowledge of visceral surgical techniques and patient management.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
-   Eagerness to learn, develop surgical skills, and uphold high standards of patient care.
-   Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
