## Description

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Specialist / Consultant Podiatrist** to join its expanding clinical team.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients with foot and ankle conditions. The role offers an opportunity to work within a modern healthcare environment alongside orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.
-   Provide conservative and clinical podiatric treatment based on individual patient needs.
-   Manage diabetic foot conditions, wounds, infections, deformities, and musculoskeletal disorders.
-   Provide biomechanical assessment and gait analysis where appropriate.
-   Prescribe and advise on orthotics, footwear, and rehabilitation programs.
-   Provide preventive foot care and patient education.
-   Manage sports-related foot and lower-limb conditions.
-   Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, endocrinologists, physiotherapists, wound-care specialists, and other clinicians.
-   Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and clinical quality initiatives.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice.

## Requirements

-   Recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry or equivalent qualification.
-   Relevant professional registration/qualification from a recognized country.
-   Strong clinical experience in podiatry, foot health, or lower-limb care.
-   Experience managing diabetic foot, wound care, biomechanics, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions is highly desirable.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** qualifications are encouraged to apply.
-   Experience in a hospital, specialist clinic, rehabilitation center, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting preferred.
