## Description

A leading healthcare group in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Consultant Ophthalmologist** to provide comprehensive ophthalmic care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical management of a wide range of eye conditions. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and diagnose eye conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
-   Perform ophthalmic surgical and medical procedures within the candidate’s area of expertise.
-   Manage complex and emergency ophthalmic cases.
-   Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
-   Interpret relevant ophthalmic imaging and diagnostic investigations.
-   Work collaboratively with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other medical specialists.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with recognised postgraduate qualification in **Ophthalmology**.
-   Consultant-level clinical experience.
-   **American, Canadian, Australian, Irish Board, CCT/CCST or equivalent** preferred.
-   Strong experience in a hospital or tertiary ophthalmology setting.
-   DHA / DoH / MOHAP licence or eligibility preferred.
-   Excellent clinical, surgical, communication, and patient-management skills.
