## Description

A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking an experienced **Orthopedic Surgeon** to join its multidisciplinary orthopedic department. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic and surgical care, manage complex musculoskeletal conditions, and perform appropriate elective and trauma-related procedures.

Candidates with internationally recognized qualifications and experience in advanced orthopedic practice are encouraged to apply. **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board** candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and manage a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Perform elective and emergency orthopedic procedures as appropriate.
-   Manage fractures, trauma, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions.
-   Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
-   Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and documentation.
-   Contribute to clinical development and quality improvement initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
-   Strong clinical and surgical experience in Orthopedics.
-   Minimum **3–5 years of post-specialization experience** for senior-level roles.
-   Consultant-level experience preferred for Consultant positions.
-   Internationally recognized qualifications such as **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board**.
-   Subspecialty expertise in joint replacement, arthroscopy, sports medicine, spine, trauma, or pediatric orthopedics will be an advantage.
-   Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
