### Job Overview

A premium healthcare provider is seeking a qualified **Specialist Neurosurgeon** in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have recognized Western specialist qualifications and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
-   Perform neurosurgical procedures according to specialist training, experience, and clinical privileges.
-   Evaluate patients with brain tumors, spinal disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurosurgical conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and determine appropriate surgical or non-surgical interventions.
-   Provide preoperative assessments, postoperative management, and follow-up care.
-   Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to patient safety and clinical quality standards.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
-   Recognized postgraduate specialist qualification in Neurosurgery.
-   Relevant specialist training and clinical experience in neurosurgical practice.
-   Western board certification or an equivalent recognized specialist qualification.
-   Strong surgical, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Eligibility for Specialist Neurosurgeon licensing with the relevant UAE health authority (DHA, DOH, or MOHAP), subject to applicable requirements.
