### Job Summary

A leading healthcare organization in the KSA is seeking an experienced **Consultant Dietician / Nutritionist** to provide advanced clinical nutrition assessment, dietary management and evidence-based nutritional care for patients with complex medical conditions.

### Key Duties

-   Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans.
-   Manage patients with obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders and other nutrition-related conditions.
-   Provide medical nutrition therapy and monitor patient outcomes.
-   Support nutritional management of complex and chronic diseases.
-   Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
-   Provide patient and family education on nutrition and lifestyle modification.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, research and professional education.
-   Mentor junior dietitians/nutritionists and support development of clinical protocols.

## Requirements

-   Recognized degree in **Dietetics, Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition**.
-   Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
-   Consultant/senior-level clinical experience in a hospital or tertiary-care setting.
-   **UK CCT, Western Qualification, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** preferred where applicable to the candidate's professional pathway.
-   Strong experience in clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
-   Medical license to practice in KSA, subject to applicable professional requirements.
-   Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
