Job Summary

A leading private hospital in the UAE is looking for an experienced **Consultant Restorative Dentist** to provide comprehensive restorative and rehabilitative dental care. The role involves managing complex dental cases, restoring function and aesthetics, and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary dental teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restorative dentistry, advanced clinical skills, and a recognized **Western postgraduate qualification**.

Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for restorative dental cases.
-   Manage complex restorative and rehabilitative dental conditions.
-   Perform direct and indirect restorative procedures, including complex composite and aesthetic restorations.
-   Provide crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and other restorative treatments as clinically appropriate.
-   Manage patients requiring comprehensive oral rehabilitation and multidisciplinary dental care.
-   Assess and manage tooth wear, fractured teeth, defective restorations, and other complex restorative conditions.
-   Work closely with Prosthodontists, Periodontists, Endodontists, Orthodontists, and Oral Surgeons when required.
-   Use appropriate diagnostic imaging and clinical assessment to develop evidence-based treatment plans.
-   Ensure high standards of infection control, patient safety, and clinical documentation.
-   Communicate treatment options, risks, expected outcomes, and maintenance requirements clearly to patients.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, and continuing professional development.

## Requirements

-   Dental degree (**BDS/DDS/DMD**) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in **Restorative Dentistry** or a relevant specialty.
-   Recognized **Western qualification** such as UK, American Board, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Irish, German, or equivalent recognized qualification.
-   Consultant-level experience in Restorative Dentistry.
-   Strong experience in complex restorative and comprehensive dental rehabilitation.
-   Advanced skills in aesthetic and functional restorative procedures.
-   Experience in a leading private, tertiary, or multidisciplinary dental/hospital environment is preferred.
-   Strong clinical judgment and treatment-planning skills.
-   Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
