### Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Consultant and Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons with UK CCT qualifications or equivalent recognized credentials to join leading healthcare facilities across the UAE. Candidates should have strong expertise in diagnosing and managing oral, facial, and maxillofacial conditions, performing complex surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive patient care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
-   Perform complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures involving the jaws, face, mouth, and associated structures.
-   Manage facial trauma, fractures, and soft tissue injuries.
-   Perform orthognathic surgery and corrective procedures for facial deformities.
-   Manage impacted teeth, complex dental extractions, and surgical complications.
-   Perform surgical treatment of oral cysts, tumours, and pathological conditions.
-   Manage infections affecting the oral cavity, facial structures, and deep neck spaces.
-   Perform reconstructive procedures for facial injuries and congenital or acquired defects.
-   Evaluate and manage temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
-   Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
-   Interpret diagnostic imaging, including CT, CBCT, and MRI scans.
-   Provide postoperative monitoring, follow-up care, and complication management.
-   Collaborate with orthodontists, dentists, ENT specialists, plastic surgeons, and other multidisciplinary teams.
-   Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical governance and patient safety standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.

## Requirements

-   MBBS / MBChB and BDS or equivalent recognized medical and dental qualifications, as applicable to the licensing pathway.
-   UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery or equivalent recognized specialist qualification.
-   Relevant clinical experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
-   Current or previous GMC and appropriate dental professional registration, where applicable.
-   Proven expertise in complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
-   Eligibility for Specialist or Consultant licensing under the relevant UAE healthcare authority requirements.
