### Job Summary

We are seeking experienced UK CCT-qualified Psychiatrists to join leading healthcare facilities across the UAE. The ideal candidates will have extensive clinical experience in assessing, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of mental health conditions, providing evidence-based psychiatric care, and supporting patients through comprehensive treatment and recovery programmes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental health evaluations, clinical interviews, and patient history reviews.
-   Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric and psychological disorders.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needs and mental health conditions.
-   Manage conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and other complex psychiatric conditions.
-   Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications in accordance with clinical guidelines.
-   Provide ongoing psychiatric consultations, medication reviews, and treatment monitoring.
-   Assess patients presenting with acute psychiatric symptoms and manage mental health emergencies.
-   Conduct suicide risk assessments, evaluate self-harm risks, and implement appropriate safety and management plans.
-   Provide appropriate psychiatric interventions and coordinate inpatient and outpatient treatment when required.
-   Collaborate with clinical psychologists, therapists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

## Requirements

-   MBBS / MD or equivalent medical qualification.
-   UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Psychiatry.
-   Relevant post-CCT clinical experience.
-   Current or previous specialist registration with the UK General Medical Council (GMC).
-   Experience in managing a broad range of psychiatric disorders and complex mental health cases.
-   Eligibility for the relevant UAE healthcare authority licensing requirements.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
