## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant / Specialist Dermatologist** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic skin conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and manage a broad range of dermatological conditions.
-   Conduct comprehensive skin examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Manage conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, pigmentation disorders, infections, hair and nail disorders, and skin diseases.
-   Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery, and minor surgical procedures where appropriately trained.
-   Provide cosmetic dermatology treatments where applicable, including lasers, injectables, and other aesthetic procedures.
-   Evaluate suspicious skin lesions and coordinate appropriate investigations or referrals.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
-   Educate patients regarding treatment options, skin care, and preventive measures.
-   Collaborate with other specialists for complex or multidisciplinary cases.
-   Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional development.

## Requirements

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Dermatology / Dermatovenereology**.
-   Relevant post-specialty clinical experience.
-   Strong clinical experience in medical and procedural dermatology.
-   Experience in aesthetic/cosmetic dermatology is an advantage.
-   Valid professional registration/license in the country of practice.
-   Excellent communication, patient-management, and clinical decision-making skills.
-   **Consultant candidates:** Appropriate senior-level qualifications and substantial post-specialty experience.
-   Candidates with **UK CCT/UK specialist qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board** are highly encouraged to apply.
