### Job Summary

We are seeking qualified and experienced Specialist / Consultant Otolaryngologists (ENT Surgeons) with recognised Western qualifications to join leading healthcare facilities across the UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a comprehensive range of ear, nose and throat conditions, performing advanced ENT surgical procedures and providing specialised care for patients with disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat and related head and neck structures.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose, evaluate and manage acute and chronic ENT conditions in adult and pediatric patients.
    
-   Perform ENT surgical procedures, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and tympanoplasty.
    
-   Assess and manage hearing disorders, balance disturbances, sinus diseases, nasal obstruction and voice-related conditions.
    
-   Perform diagnostic procedures, including nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy and ear examinations.
    
-   Manage complex head and neck conditions, including salivary gland disorders and selected head and neck pathologies.
    
-   Evaluate and treat sleep-related breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea.
    
-   Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
    
-   Manage ENT emergencies and develop appropriate treatment plans.
    
-   Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, oncologists and other specialists.
    
-   Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical governance and patient safety standards.

## Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent recognised medical degree.
    
-   Recognised Western specialist qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT, such as:
    
-   Equivalent recognised Western specialist qualification.
    
-   Relevant postgraduate specialist training and clinical experience.
    
-   Demonstrated expertise in ENT consultations, diagnostic procedures and surgical interventions.
    
-   Experience in advanced endoscopic and minimally invasive ENT procedures is preferred.
    
-   Eligibility for DHA, DOH Abu Dhabi or MOHAP licensing as a Specialist or Consultant, subject to authority assessment.
    
-   Excellent surgical skills, clinical judgement and patient communication abilities.
