## Description

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced **Consultant Occupational Medicine** physician to provide occupational health services, workplace medical assessments, preventive care, and clinical leadership.

### Key Duties

-   Conduct pre-employment, periodic and return-to-work medical assessments.
-   Assess fitness for duty and manage work-related illnesses and injuries.
-   Develop and oversee occupational health surveillance programs.
-   Identify workplace health risks and recommend preventive measures.
-   Support employee wellness, health promotion and disease-prevention programs.
-   Advise organizations on occupational health policies and workplace medical standards.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and occupational health teams.
-   Maintain clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
-   Mentor junior physicians and participate in clinical audits, research and CME activities.

## Requirements

-   MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Occupational Medicine / Occupational Health**.
-   **UK CCT, Western Qualification, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board**.
-   Minimum **5 years of post-specialization experience** in Occupational Medicine preferred.
-   Experience in occupational health, workplace risk assessment and preventive medicine.
-   DHA/DoH/MOHAP Consultant eligibility or license, subject to authority assessment.
-   Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
