## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Emergency Medicine Specialist / Consultant with UK CCT** to join a leading hospital in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and critical conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, stabilize, and manage patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
-   Provide timely and evidence-based treatment for medical, surgical, trauma, and other emergency presentations.
-   Manage critically ill and deteriorating patients, including resuscitation and stabilization.
-   Perform and supervise emergency procedures within the scope of practice.
-   Coordinate patient care with specialists, inpatient teams, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Ensure appropriate referral, admission, discharge, and follow-up of patients.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical handovers.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
-   Support clinical governance, quality improvement, patient safety, and infection-control initiatives.
-   Participate in teaching, training, and supervision of junior doctors and other healthcare professionals where required.
-   Follow UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.

## Requirements

-   **UK CCT in Emergency Medicine** from an approved training pathway.
-   Valid registration with the relevant UK medical regulatory authority.
-   Relevant post-CCT clinical experience is preferred.
-   Strong experience in emergency and acute care medicine.
-   Current BLS, ACLS, ATLS, or equivalent certifications, as applicable.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
-   Eligible for UAE medical licensing, subject to the relevant health authority's assessment.
