## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Pathologist** to join a prestigious **government healthcare facility in the UAE**. The role involves providing accurate diagnostic pathology services, supporting clinical teams, and contributing to high-quality patient care through laboratory and tissue-based diagnosis.

Candidates with **UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board** qualifications are preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Perform and interpret diagnostic pathology examinations.
-   Evaluate surgical pathology, biopsy, and cytology specimens.
-   Provide accurate and timely pathology reports.
-   Support the diagnosis and management of complex medical conditions.
-   Work closely with surgeons, oncologists, physicians, and other clinical specialists.
-   Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
-   Ensure compliance with laboratory quality, safety, and accreditation standards.
-   Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits, and professional development.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

## Requirements

-   MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification.
-   Postgraduate qualification in **Pathology** or an equivalent specialty.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong experience in diagnostic pathology and interpretation of tissue and cytology specimens.
-   Experience in surgical pathology and subspecialty pathology is preferred.
-   Strong analytical, diagnostic, and reporting skills.
