## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Dermatologist** with an **American Board qualification** to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with a wide range of medical and dermatological conditions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations and clinical examinations.
-   Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin, hair, and nail conditions.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
-   Perform appropriate dermatological procedures and minor surgical interventions.
-   Manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, pigmentation disorders, infections, and skin lesions.
-   Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic procedures, including skin biopsies where appropriate.
-   Provide counseling regarding skin health, treatment options, and preventive care.
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
-   Coordinate patient care with other medical and surgical specialties when required.
-   Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient-safety initiatives.
-   Support teaching and supervision of junior medical staff where required.
-   Comply with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and professional standards.

## Requirements

-   **American Board Certification in Dermatology** or recognized equivalent.
-   Valid medical registration in the country of practice.
-   Relevant clinical experience in Dermatology.
-   Strong diagnostic and procedural dermatology skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
-   Eligible for UAE medical licensing, subject to the relevant health authority's assessment.
